19 May Palmers Tents Launch at Stocks House
Held at the beautiful Stocks House in Tring, new company Palmers Tents launched their range of luxury stretch tents to guests from the events industry last week.
As a completely alternative events venue or add-on shelter for your existing venue, Palmers’ stretch tents have immense versatility. To show this, creative events agency Creventive set up three tents in the grounds of Stocks House, each in different styles; a corporate, wedding reception and dance tent. Guests were first greeted by entertainment provided by Eight Ray Music as they arrived at the corporate tent, which played host to registering the guests from the luxury transfers from London Paddington. Dressed with a white acrylic reception bar, mirror poseur tables, and modern furnishings, a welcome speech was made whilst champagne and canapés from Top Hat catering were served.
The second tent had been transformed into a romantic wedding reception display, showcasing the tents’ combination of elegance and on trend contemporary design. A string quartet (also Eight Ray Music) highlighted the wonderful acoustics as guests admired the foliage and flower displays provided by Lavender Green, beautiful dressed tables and soft festoon lighting above.
With no brief too challenging, this event also saw Light Motif create a perspex floor over a swimming pool so guests could actually walk on water in the final dance tent – an after party that would rival many pop up venues in London. Lit with vibrant blue uplighters and furnished with mirror bars and a glitter DJ booth, this tent was the perfect place to get guests into the party mood. The swimming pool floor was a great talking point with waterproof lighting and ripple machines creating a fun atmosphere. Guests were also able to network and unwind with the Palmer’s Royale, a cocktail designed specifically for the event.
Based in Tring in Hertfordshire, Palmers Tents provide free on-site viewings and are able to travel anywhere in the UK. Their tents are incredibly easy to assemble and can be erected almost anywhere and on any terrain.
